Description
There is a small creek that runs through the Frog Level District in Waynesville, North Carolina which, at times, is known to flood to historic proportions. That is the reason frog Level got its name ... that occasional event would force the frogs to higher ground around the local buildings. I snapped this image while crossing the bridge and looking over the railing. It beckoned to be captured.
