While awaiting the rising of the July 13 Supermoon at the Waynesville Green Hill Cemetery, I was scouting locations in which to get the best shot. I knew I wanted a tall marker in the shot, so I shot this as reference. The natural perspective of the markers just happened to line with the tree. This is a beautiful vista from this location.
Being born and raised in Henderson, NV., just outside Las Vegas, and from the time I was a small child, I wanted to become an artist, but I never dreamed it would turn out the way it has. As I love to hunt, fish and explore the out-of-doors, and include many experiences in the field as part of my fine art subject matter, I have come to appreciate what Mother Nature has so magnificently pieced together for us to enjoy on a daily basis.
